Editorial Policy
Unpublished Data and Confidentiality.
Unpublished data obtained during the manuscript review process—including results, ideas, interpretations, and other information—must not be used by reviewers or editors for personal research purposes without the written consent of the author(s). Any information or ideas obtained during the review process that could provide an advantage must be kept strictly confidential and must not be exploited for personal gain.
Conflict of Interest for Reviewers.
Reviewers must not participate in the evaluation of manuscripts when there is a real or potential conflict of interest arising from competitive, financial, collaborative (scientific or project-based), employment, or other relationships with any of the authors or organizations associated with the submitted work. If a conflict of interest is identified, the reviewer is required to immediately notify the editorial office.
Preprint and Postprint Policy.
By submitting a manuscript to Industrial Transport of Kazakhstan, the author confirms that the article has not been published, accepted for publication elsewhere, and is not under consideration by other journals.
Manuscripts previously posted as preprints on personal or public online platforms not associated with other publishers (e.g., personal websites or institutional repositories) are eligible for consideration.
For postprints (published versions of the article), authors are encouraged to provide an accurate bibliographic reference and a link to the official journal website (full URL) as the primary source of publication.
Archiving and Open Access Policy.
The journal adheres to an Open Access policy, ensuring that all users can freely and legally read, download, copy, distribute, and cite published materials.
The journal archive is accessible at: https://prom.mtgu.edu.kz/index.php/zhournal/issue/archive. The editorial office follows the principles established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Policy.
The use of AI tools is permitted solely as auxiliary instruments (e.g., language editing, literature search, statistical calculations, visualization) under the full control of the author. Any use of AI must be disclosed in the manuscript (e.g., in the Methods section), specifying the tool, version, and scope of application. AI cannot be listed as an author. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the text.
Failure to disclose AI usage or violations related to plagiarism may result in sanctions, including manuscript rejection and a one-year submission ban.
Plagiarism Sanctions.
Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited. Manuscripts with proven plagiarism exceeding 50 %, or with text manipulation, are rejected, and the author(s) are barred from submitting articles to Industrial Transport of Kazakhstan for a period of one year (both as primary authors and co-authors).
Publication and Submission Timeline.
The journal is published quarterly (once every three months).
Issues are released online at the end of March, June, September, and December.
The maximum manuscript review period is one month.
