Increasing the efficiency and culture of production, its modernization are inextricably linked with the technical re-equipment of production and technological processes, their automation, the introduction of new methods, technologies and controls. All this involves the development of new scientific approaches to the creation of automated and automated control systems for industrial facilities. The efficiency of production systems and their functioning, which is largely ensured by automated control and optimal implementation of production and technological processes, determines the effectiveness of industrial enterprises, industries and the economy as a whole.The article presents research materials on technological systems of high complexity within the framework of distributed automated control systems (ACS) with a hierarchical structural organization. During development
projects and operation of facilities at the Kentau Transformer Plant require consideration of their specific properties, economic factors are becoming essential, increased attention is being paid to the ecology of production, and a revision of the methodology for solving problematic
problems based on an integrated approach to the creation of integrated automated control systems is required.
The possibility of obtaining new stop control mechanisms in decentralized hierarchical systems is one of the foundations for creating an information space for enterprises, leading to the intensification
of production.
